Job Description
 King of CMS Consulting is seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales/Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, business development, and relationship management, particularly within the tech or education sectors. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our client base for both Figureshub Africa and Kstudy Learning, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and developing strategies that align with our long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets for King of CMS Consulting services, including Figureshub Africa’s online tech courses and Kstudy Learning‘s educational offerings.
  • Build, nurture, and manage strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Drive lead generation, manage the sales pipeline, and follow up on opportunities to close deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns that align with market needs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Represent King of CMS Consulting at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand brand visibility.
  • Deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing sales processes.
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the tech or education sector.
  • Strong knowledge of digital solutions, online learning platforms, and education technology.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies that achieve measurable results.
  • High-level organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience using CRM systems and other sales tools to track and manage client relationships.
  • Passion for technology and education with a strong understanding of market trends in Africa.
